Processes semi-monthly payroll, verifies timesheets and employee data, manages deductions and garnishments, coordinates employment changes, reconciles payroll accounts, responds to inquiries, generates reports, ensures California payroll compliance, improves payroll systems, and supports staff training.

Leads enterprise technology strategy, modernization, infrastructure, and OCHIN Epic optimization. Oversees IT systems, cybersecurity, compliance, budgets, vendors, purchasing, change management, and technology innovation. Directs the Head of Technology and ITS/HIS teams, manages organizational technology investments and restructuring, and ensures operational continuity through emergency and on-call support.

Provides front-desk, scheduling, phone, medical-records, payment, insurance eligibility, and general administrative support in a high-volume LGBTQ healthcare clinic. Rotates among reception, medical records, and phone stations; assists clients, maintains schedules and records, processes documentation requests, supports volunteers, and participates in staff meetings and training.
