The Business Development Representative will generate and qualify new business leads, conduct prospect research, and schedule pitch meetings. Responsibilities include email, phone, and social prospecting; developing communication plans; collaborating with sales representatives and internal departments; and improving sales development processes and best practices. The role is remote in Canada and supports sales across Canada and the United States.

Designs and maintains client metrics, dashboards, data pipelines, and data extractions supporting warehouse operations. Writes and optimizes SQL across relational and NoSQL databases, configures client solutions, troubleshoots data and architecture issues, performs quality assurance, documents implementations, and provides technical training. Collaborates with clients and internal teams to translate requirements into effective solutions, while supporting supply chain and WMS implementations.

The Product Designer will work on enhancing the Rebus Platform by creating user-centered designs, translating requirements into interfaces, maintaining a UI component library, and iterating designs based on feedback.

Partner with Sales to deliver customized, hands-on demonstrations of the Rebus platform, design and document technical solutions, lead evaluation cycles and RFI/RFP responses, gather prospect feedback, and collaborate with engineering and product to align solutions to warehouse operations challenges.
