Drive project planning, status reporting, UAT, SOP development, customer training, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. Mentor team members and recommend scalable WMS configurations to optimize warehouse operations and supply chain performance.

The IT Manager will lead a small team, manage the IT estate, ensure operational maturity and documentation, and be a hands-on contributor to critical IT functions.
