Provides front-desk reception and administrative support for an automotive dealership group. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting customers, directing visitors, notifying staff, generating daily database reports, performing data entry and clerical tasks, preparing documents, and supporting the sales team. The role requires professional communication, a positive demeanor, business attire, schedule flexibility, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and successful background and drug screening.

Greet and guide customers, deliver a luxury dealership experience, match customers to inventory, demonstrate vehicle features, assist with sales applications, inspect and merchandise the lot, report issues to management, and help increase dealership sales.

Create, film, edit, and publish weekly high-quality social media videos for multiple dealership brands. Collaborate with management on content concepts, manage the full production process, ensure brand alignment and approvals, and produce engaging content to drive customer engagement.

Lead and motivate an automotive sales team to meet monthly targets, develop Honda-specific sales strategies, manage daily sales operations, coach staff, build customer relationships to drive repeat/referral business, and collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory and customer experience.
