Lead and motivate an automotive sales team to meet monthly targets, develop Honda-specific sales strategies, manage daily sales operations, coach staff, build customer relationships to drive repeat/referral business, and collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory and customer experience.

Greet and guide customers, deliver a luxury dealership experience, match customers to inventory, demonstrate vehicle features, assist with sales applications, inspect and merchandise the lot, report issues to management, and help increase dealership sales.

Provide full-time care and feeding of horses and perform general farm maintenance including feeding, fence repair, tractor operation, stall cleaning, weed eating, and other tasks as needed. Weekend work required (Saturday and Sunday) plus three flexible weekdays.

Create, film, edit, and publish weekly high-quality social media videos for multiple dealership brands. Collaborate with management on content concepts, manage the full production process, ensure brand alignment and approvals, and produce engaging content to drive customer engagement.
