Receptionist / Admin Assistant
Long of Chattanooga Hyundai, Volvo and Mercedes-Benz is seeking a full time receptionist and administrative assistant. Computer skills, enthusiasm, outgoing personality, 1 year experience, proper business attire and strong customer service skills a must.
Responsibilities:
- Answering dealership group phones
- Greeting and receiving prospects and customers
- Generate reports daily from our in house database
- Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting.
- Working cooperatively with the sales team
- Basic data entry and clerical duties
- Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- Professional presentation
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Pass background check/drug test
