Manage full-cycle talent acquisition for assigned departments: source, screen, interview, extend offers, onboard, and build candidate pipelines. Partner with hiring managers, represent the employer at events, advise on compensation and benefits, and use creative sourcing and ATS tools for volume and niche hiring.

Manage office operations, facilities, vendor contracts, travel and events, employee in-office experience, compliance, and administrative records. Build processes for new office setups and ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and cost-effective vendor management in a fast-paced startup.
