Manage day-to-day office administration, facilities, workplace operations, company assets, biometric attendance, inventory, vendors, procurement, and employee support. Responsibilities include laptop and smartphone provisioning, basic Windows and macOS setup and troubleshooting, office supplies, housekeeping, security, maintenance, attendance records, onboarding and offboarding support, and coordination of repairs and service providers.

Partner with leadership on organization design, workforce planning, talent reviews, succession, performance management, manager effectiveness, employee relations, engagement, retention, culture, and people analytics. The role identifies organizational risks and capability gaps, advises stakeholders, supports change initiatives, and drives practical people solutions in a fast-changing environment.

Manage end-to-end performance marketing for Lokal apps: create ad angles, scripts, and creatives; run Meta and Google Ads campaigns; ship rapid creative variants and A/B tests; collaborate with designers and video teams; analyze CAC, ROAS, CPI, CTR and optimize for installs and conversions.

Create and edit digital media (magazines, share cards, thumbnails, status videos), perform media corrections (censoring, trimming, merging), edit reporter-submitted video stories with voiceovers, and produce marketing/sales banners and promotional videos as needed.

Support HR operations including stakeholder coordination, accurate confidential HR data management, content creation for social and internal channels, event and engagement assistance, and preparing reports and documentation.

Lead and scale paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google to drive subscriptions and revenue. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, A/B test creatives and landing pages, manage budgets, collaborate with creative and analytics teams, and report performance with actionable insights to meet growth targets.

Run end-to-end performance marketing for regional apps: create ad angles, write scripts/copies, brief designers/editors, ship 80–100 creative variants weekly, run A/B tests, track CAC/ROAS/CPI/CTR, and optimize campaigns for local audiences.

Manage full-cycle talent acquisition for assigned departments: source, screen, interview, extend offers, onboard, and build candidate pipelines. Partner with hiring managers, represent the employer at events, advise on compensation and benefits, and use creative sourcing and ATS tools for volume and niche hiring.
