Supports APAC Sales Operations through pipeline and sales performance analytics, forecasting, partner and channel operations, reporting, and process optimization. Maintains Salesforce, CPQ, PRM, and related GTM data workflows while building dashboards and scorecards. Uses AI, predictive analytics, and automation to improve forecasting, identify pipeline risks, automate reporting, and resolve data issues. Researches technologies, develops prototypes and documentation, supports product enablement, and contributes to new services offerings and product feedback.

Drive ARR growth and strategic expansion with MSP partners by owning the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, enablement, onboarding, and long-term account development. Build pipeline, develop executive relationships, drive partner adoption, and achieve quota using consultative selling and sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC).

Provide frontline technical support for LogicMonitor users by managing incoming chat and ticket cases through resolution within SLAs. Troubleshoot SaaS IT infrastructure management issues across Linux, Windows, networks, containers, and cloud platforms. Educate customers, advocate for their needs, collaborate with product, development, and customer success teams on escalations, and contribute to product enhancements and bug resolution.

Serve as the senior technical advisor for strategic enterprise accounts, designing observability architectures across multi-cloud, hybrid, edge, and AI environments. Lead cloud migration observability, agentic AI monitoring, network pathing analysis, API integrations, automation, executive architecture reviews, workshops, and technical escalations. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and AI teams to influence roadmaps and deliver scalable customer solutions.

Leads complex technical programs and system integration initiatives across enterprise applications, including procurement, sales, finance, accounting, reporting, ERP, CRM, Workday, and AI systems. Owns roadmaps, project plans, timelines, resources, risks, stakeholder communications, vendor coordination, technical scope, architectural alignment, data integrity, QA, and Agile delivery.

Maintain and scale LogicMonitor’s sales demo environments for proofs of concept, webinars, trials, and customer demonstrations. Support infrastructure configuration, deployment pipelines, GitOps updates, monitoring, alerting, security, access management, vulnerability remediation, incident response, performance optimization, and resource planning. The role requires deep IT infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, networking, databases, APIs, troubleshooting, technical writing, and presentation expertise.

Lead customer onboarding and optimization for LogicMonitor’s internet performance monitoring platform. Analyze digital services, investigate bottlenecks across DNS, CDNs, networks, applications, and browsers, and configure synthetic tests. Present actionable performance recommendations, advise customers, collaborate with Engineering, Product, Support, and Customer Success, and mentor internal team members while improving delivery quality and workflows.

Own the full sales cycle for new and existing managed service provider customers. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, pipeline development, sales presentations, product demonstrations, customer expansion, whitespace analysis, stakeholder engagement, forecasting, CRM usage, and territory planning. The role partners with sales engineers and internal teams to communicate LogicMonitor’s value, optimize customer adoption, and grow annual recurring revenue.

Build and improve production-oriented enterprise AI solutions using prompts, LLMs, RAG, workflow automation, APIs, governed data, and evaluation frameworks. Integrate systems such as Salesforce, Slack, Snowflake, and AWS using n8n, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Apply context engineering, observability, security, privacy, testing, and reliability controls while partnering with business, product, data, security, and engineering stakeholders.
