Own and grow LogicMonitor’s India business through named partners. Drive partner-sourced pipeline, ARR growth, joint go-to-market plans, partner recruitment and enablement, field engagement, deal registration, account mapping, forecasting, and KPI management. The role collaborates with account executives and cross-functional teams, manages partner relationships, and builds an ecosystem spanning distributors, SIs, VARs, GSIs, and MSPs.

Owns the full enterprise sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, discovery, platform demonstrations, proof-of-concept management, negotiations, forecasting, and contract closure. Develops territory strategies, builds pipeline, manages multiple stakeholders, coordinates presales and professional services resources, and supports customer handoffs. The role requires selling complex SaaS and IT solutions to enterprise organizations, consistently achieving quotas, and traveling as needed.

Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers, translating business needs into technical requirements and scalable solutions. Develop architecture strategies, documentation, and best-practice guidance; conduct proofs of concept, product demonstrations, training, and workshops. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, advise on observability and enterprise technology, and collaborate with sales, product, and customer experience teams. Gather customer feedback to influence the product roadmap and support successful adoption of the LogicMonitor platform.
