Manage Analyst Relations programs, including analyst briefings, inquiries, research evaluations, schedules, deliverables, executive engagements, project plans, databases, documentation, KPIs, and cross-functional coordination. The role builds scalable processes, tracks program performance, improves workflows, and keeps stakeholders aligned across Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, executives, and other teams.

Supports SaaS customer provisioning, including account setup, product activation, trials, contract updates, portal changes, and deactivations. Validates requests against Salesforce, contracts, entitlements, approvals, and policies; coordinates with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers; follows SOPs; supports audits, SLA tracking, reporting, and documentation; and identifies automation and AI-assisted process improvement opportunities.

Lead end-to-end LogicMonitor implementations for new and existing customers. Conduct discovery, design, and deployment sessions; optimize configurations; automate tasks using APIs and scripting; develop custom integrations; and promote customer adoption. Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, Support, Training, Product, Development, and Sales teams. Provide subject-matter expertise, technical feedback, and occasional monitoring engineering support. Travel 10–20%.
