Manage end-to-end customer onboarding for Sustainability Cloud platforms: configure accounts, integrate data, deliver training and demos, drive adoption, monitor ESG/BRSR metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and compliance.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting, perform QA testing on releases, deliver customer training, integrate the platform with customer systems, analyze usage and feedback for product improvements, and maintain technical documentation to ensure reliable, compliant sustainability data operations.
