As a Sr. Specialist,
Onboarding & Customer Success at LogicLadder, you will be
responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our
customers and driving customer satisfaction through effective
communication and support. This role involves collaborating with
various teams to identify and address customer needs, providing
training and resources to maximize the value of our products and
services, and analyzing customer data to track progress and make
data-driven decisions.
Primary
responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Drive platform
adoption among new and existing clients/partners through
effective onboarding processes, training sessions, and
proactive communication.
- Collaborate with
internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product
Development, and Support, to align customer success
initiatives with company objectives.
- Understand the pain
points of Customers and Sellers via surveys and
in-person
- Identify
opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our platform
features and services to maximize monetization.
- Serve as the
primary point of contact for clients, sellers,
addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing
timely and effective solutions.
- Analyze customer
data and share feedback to identify trends,
opportunities, and areas for improvement. Should be
able to highlight opportunities with data
analysis.

advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and best
practices to optimize their use of our platform.
- Proven track record
of meeting and exceeding customer on-boarding and growth
targets
- Experience in
customer advocacy and driving customer
references
Good to have
:
- Familiarity with
data analysis and interpretation in the context of
sustainability and environmental metrics.
- Understanding of
industry standards and regulations related to sustainability,
such as, GHG Protocol, and ESG.
- Familiarity with
cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure, can be helpful
for managing data and applications.
- Familiarity with
customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as ZOHO,
can be helpful for managing customer interactions and
data.
