Manage commercial print partners across performance, capacity, cost, and contract compliance. Run scorecards and business reviews, audit invoices and recover overcharges, forecast capacity, enforce print and postal standards, and coordinate corrective actions. The role also qualifies new partners, supports production rerouting, and builds AI- and SQL-driven automation for audits and reporting. It requires extensive collaboration across operations, logistics, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain, with approximately half the time spent onsite at partner facilities.

Corporate Counsel will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise Product and Engineering on legal, privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory matters, oversee compliance programs and vendor audits, and develop scalable legal workflows. The role also supports employment matters, litigation, supply chain operations, equity programs, and strategic initiatives while partnering closely with the General Counsel and business teams.

Generates awareness and qualified interest through cold calls, email, and social outreach. The BDR develops tailored multichannel prospecting strategies, communicates Lob’s product benefits, schedules meetings for Account Executives, supports initial engagements, and accurately tracks activities. This role also helps establish and improve the company’s outbound go-to-market motion while prioritizing accounts and continuously optimizing outreach processes.
