Leads paid growth marketing strategy and execution across paid social, search, display, affiliate, and emerging channels. Owns budgets, ROAS, CAC, LTV, testing, reporting, agency relationships, and cross-functional acquisition initiatives. Builds and manages an in-house paid media team while partnering with creative, ecommerce, merchandising, and analytics teams to improve customer acquisition and campaign performance.

Lead Little Sleepies’ end-to-end brand marketing strategy across storytelling, social, community, partnerships, PR, retail, and experiential channels. Build and manage the brand organization, oversee campaigns and go-to-market processes, manage agencies and budgets, and connect brand activity to acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value. Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to expand the company into a culturally relevant, omni-channel family lifestyle brand.

Supports textile and graphic design for children’s apparel from concept through final approval. Creates repeat prints, cleans and recolors artwork, reviews lab dips and strike-offs, tracks approvals, maintains artwork version history, prepares millsheets, and coordinates with freelance artists and design studios. The role requires strong color judgment, organization, communication, and familiarity with apparel product development and production handoffs.
