Provide administrative and data support for the OhioRISE program: maintain logs and databases, track outcome data, manage referrals and billing, ensure compliance, respond to audit requests, prepare reports, support director with quality initiatives and staff training, and train new employees on policies and EHR systems.

Develop and produce written and visual content across email, web, social, reports, and events; gather stories and data from programs; support media relations, fundraising communications, website updates, and brand consistency; capture photos/videos and assist with event marketing and execution.

Provide trauma-informed, relationship-based case management for youth: assess needs, coordinate services, advocate, deliver crisis de-escalation and therapeutic interventions, develop discharge and aftercare plans, connect families to resources, document billable services, and support community transition and stability.

The Respite Provider offers temporary relief to caregivers of youth with mental health challenges, ensuring safety and well-being while engaging clients in activities.

Provide case management for youth and families: build rapport, set goals, connect to resources, coordinate with schools and providers, create service plans, manage crises, document progress, and support independence in education, employment, and daily living.

Greet visitors and youth, manage check-in and visitor badges, monitor youth whereabouts, follow trauma-informed security and screening procedures, respond to incidents and complete reports, manage keys/radios/badges, answer and route calls, and occasionally serve as Adult Care Specialist supporting staff and youth in a residential setting.
