Develop and produce written and visual content across email, web, social, reports, and events; gather stories and data from programs; support media relations, fundraising communications, website updates, and brand consistency; capture photos/videos and assist with event marketing and execution.

Full-cycle recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, extending offers, building talent pipelines, tracking recruiting metrics, supporting onboarding, and maintaining ATS/HR systems.

Provide case management for youth and families: build rapport, set goals, connect to resources, coordinate with schools and providers, create service plans, manage crises, document progress, and support independence in education, employment, and daily living.

Deliver case management and therapeutic support to clients: assess needs, develop individualized service and discharge plans, coordinate community resources, document billable services, provide crisis stabilization, and offer six-month after-care follow-up. Collaborate with treatment team and partners to improve daily living skills, education, and employment outcomes.

The Respite Provider offers temporary relief to caregivers of youth with mental health challenges, ensuring safety and well-being while engaging clients in activities.

Provide administrative and data support for the OhioRISE program: maintain logs and databases, track outcome data, manage referrals and billing, ensure compliance, respond to audit requests, prepare reports, support director with quality initiatives and staff training, and train new employees on policies and EHR systems.
