Summary: Responsible for recruiting and talent acquisition efforts to support our organization’s hiring and human resources initiatives. This position will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and help ensure a positive employee experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Essential Functions
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and/or hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews and assess candidates against job requirements and organizational needs.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and extend job offers and assist with pre-employment requirements and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Support employer-branding and recruiting initiatives designed to attract top talent.
- Monitor recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline activity.
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity requirements.
- Assist with other HR functions, including onboarding, employee records, HR reporting, and employee relations, as needed.

Required Education and Experience:
- Associate's degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years in human resources and full-cycle recruiting.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple functions or departments.
- Working knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and recruiting best practices.
- Experience using ATS, HRIS, and common recruiting platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field Four (4) + years of professional-level experience in human resources.
- HRCI or SHRM professional certification.
- Experience with high-volume recruiting.
- Experience developing sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking and HR analytics/reporting tools.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
