What You'll Do
As our Centralized Procurement Specialist, you'll be the go-to resource for purchasing and procurement across the organization. You'll help deliver everything from office supplies and groceries to furniture, client support items, and vendor services, ensuring purchases are timely, cost-effective, and aligned with our mission.
In This Role, You Will:✅ Manage purchasing requests from departments across the organization
✅ Coordinate procurement of supplies, furniture, client-support resources, gift cards, and operational materials
✅ Partner with vendors to secure quality products, competitive pricing, and exceptional service
✅ Support vendor onboarding, contract management, and supplier performance monitoring
✅ Ensure compliance with organizational policies, funding requirements, and procurement standards
✅ Help track inventory, donations, purchasing metrics, and procurement records
✅ Collaborate with teams across the agency to provide outstanding customer service and purchasing support

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a centralized procurement model
- Knowledge of sourcing, contract administration, and procurement best practices
- Experience in a nonprofit, healthcare, public sector, or mission-driven organization
- Familiarity with grant-funded or donor-funded purchasing
- Advanced Excel or data analysis skills
