Teams at Lighthouse Youth & Family Services

Provides front-desk safety and access control at a youth residential facility. Greets visitors, manages badges and logs, screens calls and entrants, handles sensitive information, monitors youth activities, responds to incidents and security concerns, maintains safety equipment, and uses trauma-informed communication. Supports a respectful environment for youth, families, visitors, and staff, with occasional client transportation and flexibility for overnight, weekend, holiday, and physically demanding work.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to business units, guiding employee relations, investigations, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, talent development, benefits support, compliance, and organizational initiatives. Coaches leaders, analyzes workforce data, develops HR policies, supports employee engagement and retention, partners with Legal, and ensures compliance with employment laws and CARF and ODJFS requirements.

Provide administrative and data support for the OhioRISE program: maintain logs and databases, track outcome data, manage referrals and billing, ensure compliance, respond to audit requests, prepare reports, support director with quality initiatives and staff training, and train new employees on policies and EHR systems.
