The Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer leads financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash management, investments, audits, compliance, and internal controls for a complex nonprofit. The role advises the CEO and Board, oversees diverse funding sources, supports capital and asset management, and leads Finance and Accounting teams. The CFO also drives organizational change, process improvement, and long-term financial sustainability while aligning resources with the organization’s youth and family services mission.

Maintains program records and databases, tracks outcomes, coordinates compliance and training requirements, supports billing and account reconciliations, responds to audit and data requests, and assists leadership with reports, donations, petty cash, and administrative processes.

Manages organization-wide purchasing requests for supplies, furniture, client-support resources, gift cards, and vendor services. Coordinates vendor relationships, onboarding, contracts, performance monitoring, compliance, inventory, donations, purchasing metrics, and procurement records. Provides internal purchasing support, identifies cost savings, and improves procurement processes while ensuring responsible use of organizational resources.
