Lead the Programme Management Unit, oversee 4-5 staff, ensure donor compliance and contract management, guide planning, budgeting, reporting, monitoring, dashboards, and risk mitigation across multiple countries while supporting strategic decisions and stakeholder coordination.

Lead end-to-end change management across global and regional operations, coach senior leaders, design change and communication strategies, build internal change capability, own performance management and competency frameworks, design leadership development and succession planning, and use people data to measure impact and adapt global frameworks to regional contexts.

Coordinate and support board and high-level meetings, manage governance documentation and statutory deadlines, onboard board members, act as Accessibility Focal Point, maintain compliance records, support governance budgets and projects, and drive process improvements to modernize governance practices.

Maintain and support cloud and on-premises infrastructure, networks, and core systems (Microsoft 365, Azure AD, servers, VoIP, databases). Provide second-level user support, manage identity and access, handle cybersecurity tasks, backups/disaster recovery, monitoring, incident response, and technical documentation. Contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement.

Manage financial oversight of grant-funded projects, ensuring donor compliance and accurate reporting. Develop project budgets and periodic financial reports, analyze budget utilization, and provide training and technical assistance to staff and partners. Maintain stakeholder communication and improve grant management processes and controls.
