Traveling sales role supporting multiple Lifespace communities: build relationships, manage and prioritize leads, execute consultative selling, drive move-ins and occupancy, develop referral relationships, and collaborate with community and regional leaders to meet revenue goals.

Maintain and update staff schedules and assignments, adjust for census and absences, fill shift vacancies with overtime awareness, track lateness and time-off requests, enter approved time off into scheduling and timekeeping systems, monitor FTEs and overtime, and prepare related reports.

Plan, lead, and promote resident participation in daily activities; maintain participation records; build one-on-one resident relationships; assist director with program planning and implementation; organize group trips and outings; create and maintain monthly event calendar; communicate programming via newsletters, in-house TV, postings, mailings, and electronic messaging.

Lead enterprise strategy and business development initiatives, build complex financial models (M&A, JVs, scenario analysis), support due diligence and deal evaluation, conduct market and competitive analysis, drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, track KPIs/OKRs, and support new business and growth investments to influence executive decision-making.

Lead lifestyle and engagement programming for senior living residents, manage staff and vendors, develop budgets, coordinate community events, ensure resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Prepare and distribute resident meals per diet orders, set and clear tables, deliver and retrieve trays, monitor food quality and temperature, stock stations, and maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions in the dining/work areas.

Support Executive Directors in day-to-day community operations, serve in interim Executive Director roles, lead department directors and teams, oversee budgets/P&L, quality, compliance, and resident experience, partner with Sales on occupancy and revenue, manage complex operational challenges, and prepare for a permanent Executive Director role.
