The role requires skilled nursing billing experience, accuracy, strong customer service, and familiarity with billing systems.

Maintains team member schedules and assignments, adjusts staffing based on census, regulatory requirements, and absences, and fills shift vacancies while monitoring overtime. Updates scheduling and timekeeping systems, tracks attendance and time-off requests, ensures staffing levels remain within budget, and prepares overtime and other operational reports.
