Supervise dietary aides and meal distribution per resident diet orders; manage inventory, temperature logs, and production counts; train and orient staff; maintain dining and kitchen cleanliness and safety while providing resident engagement.

Deliver meals per dietary orders, prepare table set-up, initiate tray service, ensure food quality and temperature, stock stations, clean work areas, and maintain sanitary conditions.

Prepare and serve cafe menu items, take orders, operate POS and cash register, maintain cleanliness and inventory, assist residents and guests, resolve customer issues, and perform daily close procedures and reporting.
