Traveling sales role supporting multiple Lifespace communities: build relationships, manage and prioritize leads, execute consultative selling, drive move-ins and occupancy, develop referral relationships, and collaborate with community and regional leaders to meet revenue goals.

Maintain and update staff schedules and assignments, adjust for census and absences, fill shift vacancies with overtime awareness, track lateness and time-off requests, enter approved time off into scheduling and timekeeping systems, monitor FTEs and overtime, and prepare related reports.

Plan, lead, and promote resident participation in daily activities; maintain participation records; build one-on-one resident relationships; assist director with program planning and implementation; organize group trips and outings; create and maintain monthly event calendar; communicate programming via newsletters, in-house TV, postings, mailings, and electronic messaging.
