Responsibilities include preparing monthly statements, posting charges and payments, monitoring delinquent accounts, supporting collections, verifying insurance and pre-authorizations, maintaining census records, and completing move-in documentation. The role requires skilled nursing billing experience, strong accounts receivable knowledge, billing software proficiency, accuracy, and customer service skills when working with residents, families, and staff.
