Administers enterprise infrastructure, servers, networks, databases, applications, and integrations. Designs and tests workflow and system solutions, develops automation using PowerShell, T-SQL, and .NET, supports ERP and manufacturing applications, coordinates vendors and releases, maintains security controls for DFARS, NIST SP 800-171, and CMMC Level 2, and serves as a senior escalation point for incidents, upgrades, migrations, and projects.

Designs and improves manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, production layouts, operational procedures, and testing plans for metallic and composite aerospace products. Supports production and engineering teams, investigates quality issues, develops statistical process controls, creates CAD models and drawings, and ensures compliance with aerospace quality and certification standards. The role also provides manufacturing liaison support and assists with material and mechanical testing.

Apprentices learn CNC machining through on-the-job training and supplemental college instruction. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring CNC machines, inspecting first-run and finished parts, reading manufacturing drawings, using measuring tools, identifying production issues, following safety procedures, and meeting production standards. The program prepares apprentices for journey-level machinist qualification.

Manage and lead the Quality Management System, customer and supplier quality programs, internal and external audits, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma tools. Oversee manufacturing, engineering, vendor interfaces, metrics, and reporting to ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met.

Manage and grow customer accounts in aerospace/defense by building relationships, cold calling commercial and government contacts, preparing bids/quotes, negotiating contracts, forecasting sales, coordinating with engineers and factory, presenting to executives and senior military, and traveling up to 50%.
