Assemble armor system components using hand tools and machines; read blueprints; fabricate composite parts (fiberglass, carbon fiber, epoxy); perform precision layout, cutting, trimming, structural bonding and fastening; inspect parts to close tolerances. Tech II may train new hires and support higher-level assembly tasks.

Apprentice will receive on-the-job training and classroom instruction to operate and program CNC machines, inspect parts, read engineering drawings, use precision measuring tools, follow safety and quality procedures, and develop skills to become a journey-level machinist.

Manage and lead the Quality Management System, customer and supplier quality programs, audits, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma and statistical quality control. Oversee interfaces with manufacturing, engineering, vendors, and customers to meet regulatory and certification requirements.
