Senior Business Analyst partners with leadership on priorities and strategic initiatives, mentors analysts, and coordinates cross-functional stakeholders. Responsibilities include gathering complex requirements, creating technical documentation, managing project risks and timelines, designing testing strategies, overseeing UAT, conducting gap and impact analyses, leading workshops, and driving process improvements. Provides technical leadership for enterprise data platform engineering. Designs and implements ETL, ELT, streaming ingestion, data models, cloud data lakes and warehouses, monitoring, data quality, governance, testing, version control, and CI/CD practices. Leads AWS, Snowflake, and dbt implementations while integrating disparate data sources for analysts and data scientists. Partners with business stakeholders to align data products with organizational strategy and enables self-service analytics and automation.

Manages regional website content, community webpages, landing pages, marketing assets, third-party listings, and digital content lifecycles. Uses platforms including Optimizely, JDE, Modsys, and BoxBrownie to maintain accurate, branded, high-performing experiences. Audits content, monitors performance metrics, supports SEO and lead generation, coordinates with marketing, sales, and operations teams, and implements improvements based on analytics, feedback, and business priorities.

Manage and direct entitlements, plan approvals, and permits for new residential communities. Coordinate with agencies, consultants, architects, and internal teams to meet entitlement and construction schedules, support due diligence, and supervise consultant work to ensure timely approvals and adherence to community goals.

Prepare and manage escrow files, draft and audit closing documents, clear title requirements, coordinate signings, reconcile funds, disburse proceeds, order payoff statements, train and supervise staff, solicit business, and ensure compliance with escrow accounting and Good Funds Law.

Provide administrative and event coordination support to Sales teams, including scheduling, receptionist duties, coordinating community events, trade shows, vendor management, marketing material distribution, mail handling, and supporting New Home Consultants to ensure smooth daily sales operations.

Lead legal technology transformation to create an AI-native, data-driven legal function. Implement, develop, and support Oracle EPM Cloud solutions (PBCS/EPBCS, EDMCS, FCCS). Build integrations, automation (EPM Agents, EPM Automate, REST APIs), predictive models and scripts (Groovy, calculation scripts). Design, develop, test, and support Salesforce platform solutions; lead technical design sessions; mentor junior developers; implement custom Apex/Lightning solutions; ensure security, performance, and scalable integrations; develop automated tests and CI/CD pipelines; collaborate with product owners and participate in Agile delivery.

Lead strategy, design, delivery, and support of Lennar's Workday ecosystem with focus on integrations, API standards, and system architecture. Manage a small HR technology team, define product roadmap, partner with HR/IT/stakeholders, ensure data integrity and technical governance, and drive continuous improvement and delivery of Workday capabilities across HCM, payroll, and benefits.

Lead Lennar's enterprise assurance program to maintain NIST CSF controls, manage policy and evidence libraries, run audit and regulatory responses, coordinate cross-functional control owners, select tooling, and report status to senior leadership.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex enterprise IT programs. Create integrated roadmaps, manage budgets and resources, mitigate risks and dependencies, engage executives, drive change management, apply Lean/Agile/hybrid methods, and mentor project managers to improve delivery and business outcomes.

Administer and support enterprise collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint), identity services (Active Directory, Entra ID), and endpoint management (Intune, Autopilot, VDI). Maintain security baselines, patching, application deployment, scripting automation, and AI tool administration while partnering with network, security, and business teams.

Lead planning, implementation, administration, and support of enterprise endpoint management and VDI for 12,000+ endpoints. Administer Intune/MEM, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM patching, AVD/Citrix/VMware Horizon, enforce Defender/BitLocker/DLP, automate with PowerShell/Python, manage Entra ID/AD/Conditional Access, mentor engineers, partner with security and infra teams, and produce documentation and strategic recommendations.

Convert internet-generated leads into sales appointments by communicating via email, chat, phone, and 1-800 numbers; maintain customer database, update digital materials, coordinate with marketing, guide customers through product, financing and incentives, attend meetings and events, and work flexible hours including weekends.

Perform month-end close tasks including journal entries, bank and GL reconciliations, revenue recognition, backlog profitability reporting, fixed asset runs, commission packages, cash receipts, and support accounts payable and special project analyses.

Lead and mature the Written Information Security Program for Lennar Financial Services, translate regulatory and contractual risk into controls, manage audits/exams and board reporting, drive vendor risk and incident governance, maintain the LFS risk register, and mentor security risk associates while coordinating security budget and enterprise alignment.
