The role mentors engineers, manages development practices, collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, and directs AI coding agents while maintaining code quality and engineering standards.

Oversee HR project portfolios and initiatives from intake through closure, ensuring alignment with broader HR strategy. Track progress, value, risks, budgets, and deliverables; lead portfolio meetings and provide updates to HR leadership. Create project charters, plans, roadmaps, and documentation while improving PMO practices. Coach project teams, facilitate stakeholder communication, and support change management and continuous improvement across the HR organization.
