Convert internet-generated leads into sales appointments using email, live chat, phone and 1-800 lines. Maintain internet customer database, update digital/community materials, coordinate with Marketing on electronic distribution, guide customers through products, financing and incentives, attend sales meetings and community events, and work flexible hours including weekends. Regular in-person attendance at communities/job sites and ability to perform physical tasks required.

Inspect and evaluate new home construction for compliance with plans, specs, and local codes. Document defects, perform QA acceptance, maintain inspection records with photos/reports, communicate findings to contractors and customers, conduct new home orientations, and recommend training and quality improvements.

Examine and analyze title search documents for residential properties, determine requirements to clear title, create and revise title commitments, verify rates and coverage per guidelines, communicate title issues with staff, clients, and supervisors, and ensure timely, high-quality title products to support closings.
