Prepares and processes escrow documents, title requirements, settlement statements, fund disbursements, and title insurance closings. Reviews title reports, resolves discrepancies, coordinates with transaction parties, ensures compliance with escrow accounting and Good Funds Law, and maintains confidential records. The role also supports business development, quotes fees, may prepare account servicing setups, and trains or supervises office associates.

On-site Escrow Officer responsible for preparing and closing escrow files, clearing title requirements, issuing title insurance, disbursing funds, reconciling title documentation, preparing settlement materials, and ensuring compliance with escrow accounting procedures and Good Funds Law.
