Manages end-to-end escrow processing and real estate closings, including document preparation, title clearance, recording, title insurance issuance, and post-closing duties. Delivers customer-focused service to buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and underwriters while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with ALTA Best Practices. Trains, supervises, guides, and reviews escrow closers and assistants, and supports business development through marketing and customer service techniques.

Leads procurement operations across vendor onboarding, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, change orders, compliance, and procure-to-pay workflows. Manages procurement operations staff, oversees internal controls and audit readiness, resolves escalations, tracks KPIs, and drives process standardization and continuous improvement. Partners with Finance, Legal, IT, and business divisions to implement AI-enabled automation, improve cycle times, and strengthen procurement governance.

Reviews and processes invoices, check requests, and payment runs; reconciles vendor statements, resolves discrepancies, responds to vendor and division inquiries, maintains accurate accounts payable records, and ensures compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
