As a key member of the Strategic Projects team within the Human Resources organization, the Sr Manager, Strategic Projects plays a critical role in identifying opportunities and challenges within Lennar and executing high-impact HR-related initiatives. This role is responsible for the strategy, implementation, and execution of key people-related projects that drive operational efficiency, enhance the associate experience, and support the company’s business objectives. The Sr. Manager will work closely with leadership, cross-functional teams, and business operators to develop and lead strategic initiatives that align with Lennar’s long-term vision.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

  • Identify, develop, and implement strategic initiatives that enhance associate engagement, operational effectiveness, and workforce solutions.
  • Lead and execute process improvements across functions to optimize business outcomes.
  • Oversee project execution from start to finish, including scoping, planning, implementation, and performance measurement.
  • Partner with HR leadership, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business operators, providing insights and recommendations for HR-related challenges.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of new initiatives.
  • Ensure all HR-related projects comply with Lennar policies, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Analyze potential HR implications, organizational changes, and process efficiencies as they relate to new initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering or related.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in project management or consulting (5+ years preferred), with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and execute operationally.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact successfully at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in agile, fast-moving environments, adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with HR technology solutions.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
