The role also uses AI and modern enablement technologies to improve learning effectiveness and frontline performance.

Advise entrepreneurs on business formation, strategic planning, financial management, credit building, legal packages, and sustainable growth. Build long-term client relationships, tailor solutions to client needs, use feedback to improve loyalty, and deliver excellent customer service. This is an onsite position in Reno, Nevada, with annual compensation including hourly pay and commission.

Architects, builds, and scales data pipelines, ETL processes, data models, and platforms using dbt, Snowflake, Airflow, and Fivetran. Leads data engineering best practices including CI/CD, data quality, governance, and observability. Collaborates with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders; mentors engineers and data scientists; contributes to architecture and technical decisions; and participates in on-call support.

Design and build production-quality product experiences, functional prototypes, and reusable design-system components. Use AI development tools and front-end implementation to take features from requirements through launch, integrating real data and APIs. Prepare quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provisions, corporate tax compliance schedules, consolidated federal and multi-state returns, estimated tax calculations, apportionment schedules, and tax research. Support audits, notices, ad hoc tax projects, and process automation initiatives using AI. Collaborate with external tax advisors and Finance while managing competing deadlines.

Creates customer-centered visual design across brand, campaigns, performance advertising, email, social, video graphics, presentations, and events. Develops scalable visual systems, templates, and production-ready Figma and Adobe files. Partners cross-functionally, presents design rationale, manages multiple projects, and uses AI tools for concept exploration, image generation, prototyping, adaptation, versioning, and workflow automation while maintaining brand consistency, accessibility, originality, and legal safeguards.

Own the strategy and execution of LegalZoom’s partner marketing channel, including referral, reseller, technology, and strategic alliance partnerships. Develop co-marketing campaigns, partner enablement assets, launches, events, and growth programs that generate pipeline and revenue. Track performance, campaign ROI, and partner engagement while supporting executive-level communications and quarterly business reviews. Build AI agents and automated workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to streamline reporting, content creation, and campaign operations.

Owns growth and revenue performance for a LegalZoom product portfolio through positioning, pricing, packaging, customer journey optimization, commercialization, campaigns, cross-sell, and go-to-market strategy. The role leads competitive research, messaging, testing, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration while building AI agents and automated workflows to scale product marketing operations.

Lead visual direction and hands-on execution across LegalZoom’s brand, marketing, advertising, web, editorial, and digital experiences. Develop visual systems, templates, and design patterns; collaborate with marketing, product, content, engineering, and agencies; and translate business goals into customer-centered designs. Champion craft through critiques and mentorship, present work to stakeholders, manage complex initiatives from concept through launch, and integrate AI-powered creative workflows and emerging digital design practices.

Own forecasting, performance management, financial modeling, variance analysis, annual operating plans, and long-range planning. Partner with Finance teams and senior leaders to identify business drivers, risks, and opportunities, then communicate actionable financial insights to the CFO and leadership. Improve financial processes through automation, AI, and emerging tools while supporting strategic analytical projects.

Leads end-to-end market research initiatives, including study design, surveys, field management, analysis, and presentations. Conducts customer journey, persona, competitive intelligence, and brand health research to inform product and marketing strategy. Manages research vendors, budgets, timelines, data platforms, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships. Develops AI-enabled research workflows to scale insights, automate processes, and improve marketing impact.

Leads the evolution of LegalZoom’s marketing web design system, from foundations and design tokens through production components. Designs intuitive, accessible, conversion-focused web experiences; prototypes and ships improvements using Figma, AI-assisted coding tools, and a component-based CMS. Partners with cross-functional teams, refactors legacy experiences, documents standards, and helps establish AI- and code-first workflows that support both designers and AI agents.

Provide trademark consultations to small business clients, conduct clearance searches and risk analyses, advise on registrability, file high-volume USPTO applications, respond to Office actions, and assist senior attorneys. The role requires responsible use of AI-enabled tools, strong client communication, practical legal judgment, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Leads the Reno sales organization across inbound, outbound, renewal, upsell, and consultative sales channels. Owns revenue targets, forecasting, pipeline health, staffing, KPIs, incentive execution, compliance, and customer experience. Manages frontline sales leaders and representatives, develops talent, drives coaching and performance management, partners cross-functionally with Finance, RevOps, Marketing, Product, Legal, and HR, and leads integration and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Owns LegalZoom’s programmatic performance marketing strategy, campaign execution, optimization, measurement, and executive reporting. Manages Display, Video, CTV, Native, and Audio campaigns across Google Ads, The Trade Desk, agencies, and direct partnerships. Develops channel roadmaps, testing programs, attribution and incrementality strategies, and cross-functional initiatives. Uses advanced analytics, AI tools, automation, and martech integrations to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.

Create and edit high-quality video content for advertising, social media, product marketing, employer brand, customer storytelling, internal communications, and product demos. Own execution from filming through post-production, including editing, motion graphics, color correction, audio finishing, versioning, and delivery. Use AI tools to improve creative workflows, asset management, captioning, repurposing, and automation while supporting in-person and remote productions.

Supports US Accounting and Consolidation through general ledger transactions, reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, monthly close activities, SOX documentation, audit requests, and Oracle reporting. The role also helps establish an accounting shared-services function in Bengaluru and requires collaboration with US Finance and Accounting teams.

Lead People Operations and office administration for LegalZoom’s Bengaluru site. Manage employee lifecycle processes, talent-cycle administration, compliance, POSH governance, employee relations intake, manager coaching, vendor and facilities coordination, and workplace events. Partner with centralized People teams and site leadership to support employee experience, communications, and organizational change. Redesign HR and office workflows using AI and technology to improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational rigor.

Reviews nonprofit tax-exemption applications, serves as an IRS representative under powers of attorney, manages IRS correspondence, advises on exempt-organization classifications, trains fulfillment staff, and develops quality procedures. The role requires CPA or Enrolled Agent credentials, nonprofit tax and IRS representation expertise, responsible use of Claude and AI tools, and full-time onsite work in Austin.
