Lead visual direction and hands-on execution across LegalZoom’s brand, marketing, advertising, web, editorial, and digital experiences. Develop visual systems, templates, and design patterns; collaborate with marketing, product, content, engineering, and agencies; and translate business goals into customer-centered designs. Champion craft through critiques and mentorship, present work to stakeholders, manage complex initiatives from concept through launch, and integrate AI-powered creative workflows and emerging digital design practices.

Own forecasting, performance management, financial modeling, variance analysis, annual operating plans, and long-range planning. Partner with Finance teams and senior leaders to identify business drivers, risks, and opportunities, then communicate actionable financial insights to the CFO and leadership. Improve financial processes through automation, AI, and emerging tools while supporting strategic analytical projects.

Own and grow a book of small-business clients through consultative discovery, solution design, acquisition, retention, and cross-selling. Advise owners on business formation, compliance, workforce, contracts, tax, bookkeeping, licensing, and expansion. Run a pilot, convert learnings into a scalable playbook, and help build and lead the future Business Manager team while meeting revenue, attach-rate, and retention goals.
