Guide new online buyers through business formation and growth solutions, provide consultations on legal packages and services, build client relationships, identify growth opportunities, analyze customer feedback, and deliver outstanding customer service. The role is onsite in Reno, Nevada and requires a sales-oriented professional with at least three years of experience, preferably in phone sales.

Owns onsite training and enablement for LegalZoom’s Reno hub. Designs and facilitates new-hire, ongoing, and upskilling programs; develops instructional content and performance-support resources; analyzes QA, operational, and learner data; and partners with cross-functional teams to improve adoption, conversion, quality, and time-to-proficiency. The role also uses AI and modern enablement technologies to improve learning effectiveness and frontline performance.

Advise entrepreneurs on business formation, strategic planning, financial management, credit building, legal packages, and sustainable growth. Build long-term client relationships, tailor solutions to client needs, use feedback to improve loyalty, and deliver excellent customer service. The role requires sales ability, rapport building, problem-solving, computer proficiency, adaptability, teamwork, and a goal-oriented approach. This is an onsite position in Reno, Nevada, with annual compensation including hourly pay and commission.
