Provide 24/7 mobile crisis outreach: evaluate adults in crisis, assess risk, safety plan, link to services, activate on-call Master's clinician when needed, and de-escalate without law enforcement when possible.

Provide community-based case management and rehabilitative support for adults with serious mental illness, implementing Illness Management and Recovery (IMR), developing and monitoring habilitation plans, coordinating mental and physical health services, crisis intervention, and meeting productivity of one hour face-to-face contact per shift.

Perform psychiatric crisis interviews, assessments, treatment plans, crisis intervention, outreach, and staffing a 24-hour hotline. Report for assigned shifts (Mon-Wed 3–11pm), work in inclement weather, and complete additional duties as assigned.

Lead engagement and provide non-clinical peer-to-peer support during 24/7 mobile 988 crisis outreach. Respond in two-person teams to mental health, substance use, and suicidal crises; perform assessments, safety planning, linkage to services, follow-up care, and crisis de-escalation. Complete required DMHAS trainings and demonstrate competency before independent practice.

Supervise and manage Mobile Crisis Outreach teams: provide on-call clinical backup, review 20% of reports for QA, conduct staff supervision, schedule management, performance oversight, and support 24/7 mobile crisis response for adults experiencing mental health, substance use, or suicidal emergencies. Requires evenings and full-time commitment.

Assist Program Director in administration and supervision of a 24/7 Crisis Receiving Stabilization Center. Carry caseload if required, supervise staff and interns, monitor program data, represent program in community, plan and evaluate services, provide after-hours/on-call coverage, and ensure compliance with policies, contracts, and age-appropriate clinical care standards.

Provide and coordinate community-based rehabilitative and support services for consumers, develop and implement individualized habilitation plans, apply IMR principles, manage mental and physical health services, perform crisis intervention, maintain schedule and productivity (60% face-to-face), and operate agency vehicle for client visits.

Provide 24/7 mobile community crisis outreach alongside a peer support specialist: evaluate consumers, perform risk/suicide assessments, safety planning, link to services, and activate on-call Master's-level clinician when needed. Use trauma-informed, culturally appropriate care and de-escalation to avoid law enforcement unless necessary.

Provide 24/7 crisis screening, assessments, treatment plans, crisis intervention, community outreach, and hotline coverage. Stabilize individuals in psychiatric crisis and determine the least restrictive treatment option. Work assigned shifts, report in inclement weather, and perform additional duties as directed.

Provide direct mental health support, supervision, crisis intervention, and social skills groups for adults with serious mental illness in a residential respite setting. Document care in EHR, observe medication administration, transport consumers, follow safety/MSDS procedures, and apply SCM, CPR, and First Aid as needed.

Provide peer-to-peer, non-clinical support and co-respond in mobile crisis teams to adults with mental health, substance use, and suicidal emergencies. Conduct assessment, safety planning, linkage to services, follow-up care, and demonstrate competency before independent service delivery.

Provide individualized supported employment and education services using the IPS model for young people with early psychosis. Conduct vocational assessments, develop individualized plans, assist with job/education search and placement, provide employer and school outreach, collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams and families, and offer ongoing follow-up to support long-term success and recovery.
