Provides peer-to-peer support and non-clinical assistance to adults experiencing mental health, substance use, or suicidal crises. Works in two-person mobile crisis teams to engage consumers, support de-escalation, contribute to safety planning and service linkage, and provide follow-up care. Requires crisis intervention training, lived recovery experience, peer-support certification, community field experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Provide in-person and telehealth clinical services to students including screening, brief interventions, assessments, treatment referrals, school consultation, and coordination with community supports. Work a mix of before/during/after school hours and travel across Burlington County. Position is full-time and temporary through March 2026.

Provides temporary part-time clinical services to students in person and through telehealth. Conducts screenings, delivers brief individualized interventions, facilitates treatment and community referrals, consults with schools, and coordinates services across Burlington County. Works before, during, and after school hours and supports youth and families based on identified needs.

Directs Legacy Treatment Services’ SAMHSA-funded SBIRT program across behavioral health, healthcare, school, mobile outreach, and community settings. Oversees start-up, daily operations, staffing, partnerships, fiscal and grant management, workforce development, quality improvement, reporting, and project deliverables. Supervises personnel and coordinates clinical supervision, monitors implementation fidelity and performance data, supports SAMHSA reporting, and leads sustainability and corrective improvement activities.

Provides peer-based engagement, recovery coaching, outreach, mentoring, advocacy, transportation support, recovery planning, warm handoffs, and follow-up for SBIRT participants. Uses lived experience to support recovery goals, self-advocacy, community resource connections, and linkage to behavioral health, substance use treatment, primary care, and mutual-help services. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams while not providing licensed clinical services.

Leads evaluation, performance measurement, data quality, fidelity monitoring, reporting, dashboards, and continuous quality improvement for an SBIRT program. Maintains data collection processes, validates reporting accuracy, supports GPRA/SPARS requirements, monitors program indicators, identifies implementation barriers, and uses findings to improve services, support grant reporting, and guide quality improvement activities.

Provides community-based outreach and case management to adults experiencing serious mental illness, homelessness, or housing instability. Assesses consumer needs, coordinates care, maintains communication with referral agencies, providers, families, and other stakeholders, and delivers age-appropriate support. The role also serves military veterans experiencing homelessness and mental health issues. Requires operating an agency vehicle and maintaining an acceptable driving record.

Provides peer recovery support to individuals in jail and community settings using lived experience and evidence-based practices. Conducts social determinants screenings, facilitates individual and group interventions, supports recovery planning and community reintegration, coordinates services, performs outreach, and transports clients to essential appointments and resources. Requires evening and weekend availability, clear communication, strong interpersonal skills, a valid driver’s license, and peer specialist certification or willingness to obtain it within six months.

Provides peer-to-peer, non-clinical support to adults experiencing mental health, substance use, or suicidal crises through the 988 mobile outreach program. Leads engagement, assists with crisis de-escalation, safety planning, service linkage, and follow-up care. Works in teams with Crisis Response Specialists and must complete approved crisis and suicide intervention training while holding an approved peer-support certification.

Provides community support and case management for individuals under involuntary outpatient commitment. Develops and monitors court-ordered plans, supports community integration, wellness planning, treatment adherence, and referrals. Maintains treatment records, coordinates with agencies and community resources, assesses consumer needs, and provides age- and culturally appropriate services to individuals with mental illness or substance-use challenges. Completes required agency and role-specific training.

Responds to community psychiatric crises alongside police, conducts level-of-care assessments, provides crisis stabilization, screening, referrals, follow-up, and alternative treatment planning. Maintains police partnerships, covers hotlines, consults with psychiatrists and clinical staff, monitors consumers, applies New Jersey Screening Law, and connects individuals to the least restrictive appropriate services. Requires community-based work, inclement-weather availability, strong judgment, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Provides case management and therapeutic support for youth in foster care. Ensures medical and medication needs are met, trains foster parents, coordinates with prescribers and outside agencies, monitors medications, maintains medical records, supports treatment teams, responds to behavioral crises, assists with intake and transportation, resolves pharmacy issues, and completes incident reports and required training.

Oversee daily operations of a residential treatment program, ensuring safety and therapeutic milieu. Hire, supervise, schedule, and evaluate staff; manage budgets, timecards, and on-call coverage; coordinate with clinical leads, families, and schools; participate in therapy and crisis interventions; plan consumer activities and off-campus trips.

Provides 24/7 mobile crisis response to adults experiencing mental health, substance use, or suicidal emergencies. Conducts consumer evaluations, risk and suicide assessments, safety planning, de-escalation, service linkage, and follow-up care. Activates master's-level clinicians when additional support is needed and delivers culturally appropriate, trauma-informed care. Responds in two-person teams while minimizing law-enforcement involvement unless safety requires it.

Provide community-based rehabilitative support and case management for adults with serious mental illness: implement individual habilitation plans and IMR interventions, coordinate mental and physical health services, deliver crisis intervention, support community integration, maintain schedules and productivity (one hour face-to-face per shift), and provide on-call and enhanced supports for recently hospitalized adults.

Provide direct mental health support, supervision, crisis intervention, and social skills groups for adults with serious mental illness in a residential respite setting. Document care in EHR, observe medication administration, transport consumers, follow safety/MSDS procedures, and apply SCM, CPR, and First Aid as needed.

Provide peer-to-peer, non-clinical support and co-respond in mobile crisis teams to adults with mental health, substance use, and suicidal emergencies. Conduct assessment, safety planning, linkage to services, follow-up care, and demonstrate competency before independent service delivery.

Provide peer counseling and advocacy to adults in crisis, share lived recovery experience, assess consumer needs, teach coping skills, guide to community resources, and support stabilization within a 24/7 screening and crisis intervention program. Must work in inclement weather and two major holidays annually.

Provide peer-to-peer, non-clinical support and mobile crisis outreach as part of two-person teams: de-escalation, risk assessment, safety planning, service linkage, and follow-up care after crises.
