Provide peer-to-peer, non-clinical support and mobile crisis outreach alongside a Crisis Response Specialist. Conduct assessments, safety planning, linkage to services, follow-up care, and crisis de-escalation. Must demonstrate peer support competency before independent practice.

Provide community-based rehabilitative and support services by developing and implementing individualized habilitation plans, applying IMR principles, coordinating mental and physical health services, performing crisis intervention, maintaining schedules and productivity (60% face-to-face weekly), and operating agency vehicles as required.

Oversee daily operations of a residential treatment program, ensuring safety and therapeutic milieu. Hire, supervise, schedule, and evaluate staff; manage budgets, timecards, and on-call coverage; coordinate with clinical leads, families, and schools; participate in therapy and crisis interventions; plan consumer activities and off-campus trips.

Provide in-person and telehealth clinical services to students including screening, brief interventions, assessments, treatment referrals, school consultation, and coordination with community supports. Work a mix of before/during/after school hours and travel across Burlington County. Position is full-time and temporary through March 2026.

Provide community-based rehabilitative support and case management for adults with serious mental illness: implement individual habilitation plans and IMR interventions, coordinate mental and physical health services, deliver crisis intervention, support community integration, maintain schedules and productivity (one hour face-to-face per shift), and provide on-call and enhanced supports for recently hospitalized adults.

Oversees departmental care coordination and staff supervision for an involuntary outpatient commitment program. Manages court coordination, admission/discharge planning, community and state representation, and interagency relationships. Provides direct monitoring, screening, treatment adherence support, and age-appropriate clinical care within a multidisciplinary team. Maintains required trainings and executes SCM, CPR, and First Aid as needed while supporting consumers through evidence-based practices and community resource integration.

Provide 24/7 crisis screening, assessments, treatment plans, crisis intervention, community outreach, and hotline coverage. Stabilize individuals in psychiatric crisis and determine the least restrictive treatment option. Work assigned shifts, report in inclement weather, and perform additional duties as directed.

Provide 24/7 mobile crisis outreach: evaluate adults in crisis, assess risk, safety plan, link to services, activate on-call Master's clinician when needed, and de-escalate without law enforcement when possible.

Provide direct mental health support, supervision, crisis intervention, and social skills groups for adults with serious mental illness in a residential respite setting. Document care in EHR, observe medication administration, transport consumers, follow safety/MSDS procedures, and apply SCM, CPR, and First Aid as needed.

Provide peer-to-peer, non-clinical support and co-respond in mobile crisis teams to adults with mental health, substance use, and suicidal emergencies. Conduct assessment, safety planning, linkage to services, follow-up care, and demonstrate competency before independent service delivery.

Provide individualized supported employment and education services using the IPS model for young people with early psychosis. Conduct vocational assessments, develop individualized plans, assist with job/education search and placement, provide employer and school outreach, collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams and families, and offer ongoing follow-up to support long-term success and recovery.
