Teams at Legacy Treatment Services

Provide 24/7 crisis screening, assessments, treatment plans, crisis intervention, community outreach, and hotline coverage. Stabilize individuals in psychiatric crisis and determine the least restrictive treatment option. Work assigned shifts, report in inclement weather, and perform additional duties as directed.

Provide and coordinate community-based rehabilitative and support services for consumers, develop and implement individualized habilitation plans, apply IMR principles, manage mental and physical health services, perform crisis intervention, maintain schedule and productivity (60% face-to-face), and operate agency vehicle for client visits.

Provide 24/7 mobile crisis outreach: evaluate adults in crisis, assess risk, safety plan, link to services, activate on-call Master's clinician when needed, and de-escalate without law enforcement when possible.
