Teams at Legacy Treatment Services

Provide 24/7 mobile crisis outreach: evaluate adults in crisis, assess risk, safety plan, link to services, activate on-call Master's clinician when needed, and de-escalate without law enforcement when possible.

Perform psychiatric crisis interviews, assessments, treatment plans, crisis intervention, outreach, and staffing a 24-hour hotline. Report for assigned shifts (Mon-Wed 3–11pm), work in inclement weather, and complete additional duties as assigned.

Provide community-based case management and rehabilitative support for adults with serious mental illness, implementing Illness Management and Recovery (IMR), developing and monitoring habilitation plans, coordinating mental and physical health services, crisis intervention, and meeting productivity of one hour face-to-face contact per shift.
