Reconciles internal, correspondent, ATM/ITM, due-from-bank, Federal Reserve, and general ledger accounts. Resolves daily deposit exceptions involving NSF items, non-posts, stop payments, and chargebacks; maintains deposit account issues and unclaimed property files; processes check adjustments; researches customer account questions; and provides support to other teams.

Supports treasury management products and services, including online banking, ACH, wires, remote deposit, cash sweeps, and positive pay. Assists customers and employees with wire requests, online banking enrollment and access issues, ACH approvals, and business service setup. Monitors payment activity, reviews positive pay files, resolves posted-item discrepancies, and supports Treasury Sales. Provides customer service and communicates clearly with internal and external clients.

Interview and underwrite consumer and small-business loan applicants, prepare approval materials, service loan portfolios (up to $25M), present loans to committees, and originate commercial loans (underwriting up to $1M). Actively pursue loan growth and business development while maintaining portfolio performance metrics and participating in lending meetings and community activities.
