Assist business customers with deposit accounts and cash management products; handle service issues; prepare Treasury Management contracts; review account analysis for proper billing; support ACH and Remote Capture audits and NACHA compliance; compile audit documentation and communicate limits/changes.

Interview and underwrite consumer and small-business loan applicants, prepare approval materials, service loan portfolios (up to $25M), present loans to committees, and originate commercial loans (underwriting up to $1M). Actively pursue loan growth and business development while maintaining portfolio performance metrics and participating in lending meetings and community activities.
