Maintain contract documentation and CMS records, monitor compliance and pricing, liaise with vendors and internal teams, support vendor onboarding and credentialing, and identify process improvements to ensure audit readiness and contract integrity.

Prepare and label medications (including refrigerated), manage inventory and trays using TRAYSAFE, identify expired drugs, assist with invoices and deliveries, maintain a compliant pharmacy environment, and support pharmacists with daily operations.

Manage strategic sourcing and supplier relationships for healthcare members. Analyze spend and market trends, develop sourcing strategies, lead contract lifecycle (negotiation, renewals, compliance), collaborate with finance, purchasing, and hospitals to implement cost-saving solutions and monitor supplier performance.

Analyze purchasing and spend data to produce reports and dashboards using Excel and SQL. Support competitive sourcing (RFPs, CRQs), maintain contract data, collaborate with vendors and stakeholders, and identify cost-savings and efficiency improvements across healthcare supply chains.
