Manage strategic sourcing and supplier relationships for healthcare members. Analyze spend and market trends, develop sourcing strategies, lead contract lifecycle (negotiation, renewals, compliance), collaborate with finance, purchasing, and hospitals to implement cost-saving solutions and monitor supplier performance.

Manage supplier contracts across the full lifecycle: prepare, review, execute, and track contracts and amendments. Maintain contract documentation and CMS records, monitor compliance and pricing, liaise with vendors and internal teams, support vendor onboarding and credentialing, and identify process improvements to ensure audit readiness and contract integrity.

Assemble and stock EMS medical kits, manage inventory, perform vehicle inspections, support urgent deliveries, track materials using inventory/dispatch systems, and provide customer service to EMS partners.

Senior leader accountable for operational excellence across contracting, pricing, analytics, reporting, and performance management. Leads contracting and analytics directors, develops KPIs and dashboards, ensures contract lifecycle and pricing integrity, drives process improvements, supports sourcing implementation, and presents performance to executives and members.

Provide Tier II support for enterprise applications, troubleshoot integrations and APIs, manage releases and patching, mentor Tier I staff, develop documentation and training, collaborate with vendors and stakeholders, and participate in an on-call rotation to support mission-critical healthcare supply chain systems.
