Leads instrumentation and controls engineering for EPC/EPCM projects across energy and industrial sectors. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing P&IDs, instrument datasheets, I/O lists, control narratives, loop drawings, and control architectures; supporting HAZOP, SIL, and functional safety reviews; coordinating with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams; mentoring engineers; and serving as Engineer of Record with stamped deliverables.

Design and deliver electrical and control (EIC) packages from concept through IFC for oil & gas and energy projects. Tasks include single line diagrams, schematics, cable tray and panel layouts, PLC/DCS interfaces, load lists, BOMs, 3D AutoCAD modelling, calculations, cross-discipline coordination, quality review, and mentoring (senior).

Lead detailed electrical and control design for oil & gas EPCM projects including cable tray layouts, single line diagrams, schematics, control panel and I/O drawings, load and cable lists, and design calculations. Coordinate across disciplines, review technical deliverables, and maintain quality control of electrical and instrumentation packages.

Lead U.S. midstream EPC/EPCM business growth and provide senior project management oversight for pipelines, gas processing, compression, and terminals. Manage client relationships, guide commercial strategy, mentor project teams, support cross-border collaboration, ensure project delivery against scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.

Lead EPC/EPCM engineering projects for midstream oil & gas in the U.S., providing technical leadership, design review, regulatory compliance, client engagement, and mentoring. Manage project execution, scope, cost and schedule, approve engineering deliverables, chair HAZOP/3D reviews, and stamp/approve drawings as a Texas-licensed PE.

Design and deliver electrical and control (EIC) design packages from concept to IFC for energy projects: create schematics, single-line diagrams, cable tray and panel layouts, load lists, BOMs, and perform electrical calculations. Coordinate across disciplines, review design quality, support QC, and mentor or take ownership depending on seniority.

Support multidisciplinary industrial and energy projects from concept through construction. Provide engineering design, calculations, equipment/material selection, review vendor submittals, develop DBMs and construction documentation, coordinate multidisciplinary activities, track schedules and deliverables, support procurement, construction, commissioning, and client interactions.

Support design and delivery of pipeline and facility projects across planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Duties include pipeline and valve station design, P&ID and schematic development, line sizing and material selection, preparing MTOs/BOMs and datasheets, participating in reviews and field walkdowns, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to produce constructible, code-compliant deliverables.
