Lead pre-sales for an AI healthcare SaaS platform: design and deliver tailored demonstrations, advise provider leaders, map solutions to operational KPIs, support pilots/RFPs, and drive integration and deployment planning with enterprise stakeholders.

Serve as a Laudio platform expert and hands-on trainer/coach to drive user adoption, onboarding, and satisfaction. Own utilization metrics for a client portfolio, develop outreach strategies, create training content and materials, escalate user feedback to Product, and partner cross-functionally to optimize processes and demonstrate platform value. Travel to support primarily New York clients.

Lead strategic, post-sale relationships for assigned hospital and health system clients to drive adoption, satisfaction, renewals, expansion, and ROI. Build account plans and client scorecards, run executive partnership reviews, coordinate cross-functional delivery, capture customer voice for Product, and lead commercial negotiations while meeting utilization, NPS, and revenue targets.
