Consult as an ERP-focused technology consultant: run discovery, gather requirements, design and configure ERP solutions (primarily NetSuite), support full project lifecycle from pre-sales to post-go-live, lead workshops and training, manage stakeholders and change, and mentor junior team members to drive client business transformation.

Support ERP implementation projects by maintaining project plans, governance, risk and issue tracking, stakeholder communication, and reporting. Coordinate functional and technical teams across planning, execution, and post-go-live phases, ensure documentation and templates are audit-ready, and help improve PMO practices to drive delivery consistency and effectiveness across multiple projects.

Design, build, test, deploy and support low-code and cloud application solutions for clients. Gather technical requirements, create solution and integration designs, participate in UT/SIT, fix defects, document deliverables, manage stakeholder engagement, and support smooth GoLive transitions while contributing to firm initiatives.

Lead and deliver client engagements independently, shape practical solutions, manage projects and small teams, mentor junior consultants, develop internal capabilities, produce client-ready materials, manage stakeholders, and ensure client-centric delivery across programme, change and technology consulting.

Responsibilities include research, requirements gathering, functional testing, system configuration, documentation, user support and ticket triage across finance, supply and CRM areas. Participate in workshops, training, go-live and post-implementation activities, engage stakeholders, and contribute to internal initiatives and capability building. Training provided; prior ERP experience not required.
