Support Oracle NetSuite and ERP transformation projects through business analysis, requirements gathering, functional testing, system configuration, documentation, user support, troubleshooting, and go-live activities. The role also involves stakeholder engagement, workshops, presentations, training, and contributing to process improvement and digital change initiatives. It is designed for graduates or recent graduates with a growth mindset; prior ERP experience is not required.

Provide ERP technology consulting across discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, implementation, training, change management, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with clients and technical teams, manage project activities and risks, facilitate workshops, support pre-sales, engage stakeholders, identify business improvements, and mentor junior consultants. NetSuite is the core platform, though experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is also relevant.

Work as an ERP consultant supporting NetSuite-centric implementations and enhancements: research, functional testing, system configuration, documentation, support ticket resolution, user assistance across finance, supply chain, and CRM. Document requirements, prepare training materials, assist in workshops, contribute to post-go-live support, and engage stakeholders. Own small tasks, champion internal initiatives, and support business transformation in a collaborative consulting environment.

Provide ERP client support, resolve issues, gather requirements for enhancements, contribute to implementations and optimisations, advise on processes and automation, manage stakeholder relationships, and support business growth and AI-driven improvements for NetSuite and similar ERP platforms.

Support ERP implementation projects by maintaining project plans, governance, risk and issue tracking, stakeholder communication, and reporting. Coordinate functional and technical teams across planning, execution, and post-go-live phases, ensure documentation and templates are audit-ready, and help improve PMO practices to drive delivery consistency and effectiveness across multiple projects.
