Support live consulting projects involving business analysis, client engagement, business transformation, accounting-related processes, and ERP implementation. Responsibilities include researching, gathering requirements, analyzing data, preparing functional documents, test scripts and training materials, presenting findings, engaging stakeholders, and contributing to internal initiatives. Interns receive coaching and may be considered for full-time roles after completing the program.

Design and deliver scalable, production-ready applications for consulting clients. Translate business needs into solution architectures, build full-stack systems, design APIs and data models, deploy and operate cloud applications, and apply secure engineering practices. Use AI-assisted development and build intelligent applications involving LLM APIs, retrieval, tool calling, and agentic patterns. Collaborate with consultants, clients, and stakeholders while communicating technical decisions, managing ambiguity, and owning production outcomes.

Support Oracle NetSuite and ERP transformation projects through business analysis, requirements gathering, functional testing, system configuration, documentation, user support, troubleshooting, and go-live activities. The role also involves stakeholder engagement, workshops, presentations, training, and contributing to process improvement and digital change initiatives. It is designed for graduates or recent graduates with a growth mindset; prior ERP experience is not required.
