We are looking for dynamic Consultants (with 3-5 years of relevant experience) to join our team based in Singapore. While our core platform is NetSuite, we welcome candidates with broader ERP experience who are eager to grow and thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional consulting environment.
You can expect to bring consulting experience to:
- Support Business Solutions: Assist in research, functional testing, system configuration and documentation to support ERP implementations and enhancements. Participate in support ticket resolution, user assistance, and basic system configuration across finance, supply, or CRM modules.
- Contribute to Client's Business Transformation: Collaborate with clients and project teams to support project delivery. This includes documenting requirements, preparing training materials, assisting in workshops, and contributing to post-go-live support and enhancement activities.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams and client users to provide support, clarify issues, and ensure smooth adoption of ERP solutions. Assist in delivering user training and creating how-to guides or support documentation.
- Contribute to Building LC: Take ownership of small tasks or issues and follow through with resolution or escalation. Champion internal initiatives that align with our growth ambitions, be an advocate for business excellence and continuous improvement.
These experiences are not required but are an advantage to have:
- Familiarity with NetSuite workflows, saved searches, or dashboards
- Exposure to support work across finance, supply chain, or CRM modules

Skills Required

We set up LanciaConsult in Singapore in 2012 as we were frustrated with the consultancy sector shifting from advisor to supplier. We felt that the pursuit of high revenue projects or large scale outsourcing meant that the solutions proposed met the consultants’ needs and not necessarily the clients’.
