Investigates fraud, suspicious activity, elder financial exploitation, account takeover, identity theft, and other financial crimes. Analyzes trends and losses, supports AML/CFT and OFAC reviews, administers subpoenas and legal requests, prepares reporting, conducts quality assurance, recommends fraud-control improvements, and provides guidance to analysts. Collaborates with business units, law enforcement, legal counsel, and external partners while supporting training, audits, examinations, and department projects.
