Manage mortgage loan pipeline from application through closing and investor delivery. Responsibilities include locking rates, pair-offs, preparing UCD/ULDD deliveries, Encompass and AUS management, monitoring investor reports, title/flood/insurance verification, underwriting preparation, closing coordination, and ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.

Develop and maintain commercial client relationships, prospect new business, manage a profitable loan portfolio, evaluate creditworthiness, prepare and present loan requests, utilize programs like SBA/WHEDA, cross-sell bank products, ensure compliance and limit bank risk.

Provide delivery and support for treasury management products: work directly with business clients and internal sales, implement and train on treasury systems, maintain account analysis and reporting, support CDARS/ICS, process ACH/RDC renewals, troubleshoot issues, and identify cross-sell opportunities while ensuring compliance and security.

Perform daily pick-ups and deliveries between bank offices and merchant clients, secure and distribute courier bags and outgoing mail with confidentiality, provide courteous service, follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 70 lbs.

Lead and mentor a team of Credit Analysts to ensure timely, compliant underwriting of small business loans. Review and approve credit applications within lending authority, analyze financial statements and credit risk, streamline underwriting processes, produce reporting, and collaborate with lending teams and senior leadership to guide credit policy and escalations.

Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, chat, email and ITM; handle account inquiries, transactions, fraud investigations, card services, loan payments, and related banking tasks while adhering to compliance and security standards.

Spread and verify business and agricultural financial statements, perform credit analysis and underwriting for commercial and small business loans (generally ≤ $1M), monitor covenants and borrowing bases, maintain financial tracking, and collaborate with underwriters, bankers, and third-party vendors while complying with bank security and regulatory policies.
