Analyze and spread business and agricultural financial statements into spreading software, verify accuracy, monitor covenants and borrowing bases, and underwrite/assist with commercial credits (generally ≤ $1M). Liaise with bankers and underwriting teams, ensure loan documentation and compliance, maintain financial tracking, and support collection and due diligence processes.

Develop and maintain commercial client relationships, prospect new business, manage a profitable loan portfolio, evaluate creditworthiness, prepare and present loan requests, utilize programs like SBA/WHEDA, cross-sell bank products, ensure compliance and limit bank risk.

Provide delivery, implementation, and ongoing support for treasury management products. Work directly with business clients and internal sales/relationship teams to onboard, train, troubleshoot, maintain account analysis, prepare renewals, support CDARS/ICS, and produce treasury reports while identifying cross-sell opportunities and improving procedures.

Serve and grow a portfolio of clients by providing financial and retirement planning, fiduciary guidance, and business development through referrals and meetings; maintain required licenses, participate in peer groups, and deliver compliant, high-quality wealth management services.

Lead and coach the Client Support team to deliver consistent, high-quality phone, chat, and digital service. Oversee daily operations, staffing, KPIs, quality assurance, reporting, and continuous improvement. Drive client relationship development, partner across departments to resolve issues, ensure compliance, and lead adoption of support technologies and AI tools.
