Sells crop, dairy, and livestock insurance by prospecting, managing customer relationships, evaluating insurance needs, processing transactions, and maintaining a substantial book of business. Advises customers on insurance products and changes, coordinates with insurance providers, supports agricultural meetings and newsletters, and cross-sells relevant bank products. The role also requires accurate data management, regulatory compliance, confidentiality, and effective sales pipeline administration.

Supports treasury management products and services for business clients, including implementation, training, maintenance, troubleshooting, reporting, account analysis, ACH and remote deposit renewals, and CDARS/Insured Cash Sweep support. Partners with relationship managers and retail staff, prepares agreements, supports sales processes, identifies cross-selling opportunities, maintains product knowledge, and ensures compliance with bank security and confidentiality requirements.

Lead Lake Ridge Bank's lending function, setting strategy and goals for commercial and agricultural lending. Drive loan and deposit growth, relationship profitability, portfolio management, and credit partnership. Build and mentor a high-performing lending team, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and represent the bank in the community and to the Board.
