Provide delivery, implementation, and ongoing support for treasury management products. Work directly with business clients and internal sales/relationship teams to onboard, train, troubleshoot, maintain account analysis, prepare renewals, support CDARS/ICS, and produce treasury reports while identifying cross-sell opportunities and improving procedures.

Spread and verify business and agricultural financial statements, perform credit analysis and underwriting for commercial and small business loans (generally ≤ $1M), monitor covenants and borrowing bases, maintain financial tracking, and collaborate with underwriters, bankers, and third-party vendors while complying with bank security and regulatory policies.

Prepare and review mortgage closing packages, ensure regulatory and investor compliance, coordinate with lenders/title companies, obtain payoffs and insurance, issue accurate closing disclosures, perform post-closing reviews, book loans into the host system and manage disbursements, and maintain confidential borrower files while supporting origination and processing teams.
