Teams at Lake Ridge Bank

Investigates fraud, suspicious activity, elder financial exploitation, account takeover, identity theft, and other financial crimes. Analyzes trends and losses, supports AML/CFT and OFAC reviews, administers subpoenas and legal requests, prepares reporting, conducts quality assurance, recommends fraud-control improvements, and provides guidance to analysts. Collaborates with business units, law enforcement, legal counsel, and external partners while supporting training, audits, examinations, and department projects.

Supports agricultural and commercial lenders and the crop insurance department with client communication, data entry, reporting, file maintenance, special projects, and event coordination. Shadows agricultural lending activities, including prospect meetings, underwriting, credit administration, portfolio management, farm visits, and customer relationship development. Participates in agricultural community events and maintains confidentiality while completing required bank security and compliance training.

Leads a client support team across phone, chat, and digital channels. Responsibilities include coaching associates, coordinating schedules and workflows, resolving escalated client issues, monitoring KPIs and quality, supporting training and onboarding, ensuring banking compliance, and driving adoption of new technologies and process improvements.
