Provides front-desk customer service in a fast-paced studio, serving as a central contact for callers, visitors, employees, executives, vendors, and VIPs. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, greeting visitors, managing meeting rooms, supporting administrative tasks, coordinating events and transportation, updating internal communications, troubleshooting vendor issues, and maintaining organized lobby and conference areas.

Program, set up, prove out, operate, troubleshoot, and inspect small-batch precision CNC parts. Develop 3-axis milling programs, select tooling and workholding, interpret CAD models, drawings, and GD&T, edit G-code, use probing and precision inspection equipment, and support Haas mills, Wire EDM, and CNC lathes. Provide setup guidance to operators, troubleshoot machining and tolerance issues, support fixture design, document processes, and communicate technical risks with fabrication leadership and studio teams.

Manages rapid prototype production schedules, priorities, staffing coverage, task tracking, and cross-departmental asset handoffs. Supervises and trains production coordinators and assistants, supports artists, tracks bids versus actuals, documents progress in production systems, prepares meetings, and communicates milestones, risks, and changing resource needs to creative and production leadership.

Design, build, and maintain internal business applications on a Python-based platform. Partner with stakeholders to model workflows, implement APIs and integrations, and add AI-enabled features. Troubleshoot production issues, improve reusable platform capabilities, and participate in design and code reviews.
