Provide full administrative and project support to the Head of Television and LAIKA Live Action: manage schedule, travel, expenses, meeting notes, cross-functional coordination, presentations, talent and project tracking, material review, and external liaison work to keep the department aligned and plugged into industry trends.

Design, build, and maintain internal business applications on a Python-based platform. Partner with stakeholders to model workflows, implement APIs and integrations, and add AI-enabled features. Troubleshoot production issues, improve reusable platform capabilities, and participate in design and code reviews.

Lead design, deployment, and operation of Apple enterprise management systems. Create device policies, integrate Apple systems with enterprise network/storage/IAM/CI-CD, troubleshoot production issues, report management metrics, and mentor junior engineers while driving Apple management best practices.

Design, build, and maintain pipeline and production-tracking tools (CLI, PyQt/PySide UIs, web services). Provide hands-on support for ShotGrid/FlowPT, troubleshoot production workflows across departments, collaborate with artists and developers, improve pipeline reliability, and contribute to documentation, training, code reviews, and multi-OS deployment.

Support campaign operations for a theatrical release: maintain cross-functional trackers, manage asset delivery/version control, coordinate screenings and approvals, assist finance and scheduling, and follow up with partners to keep deliverables on schedule.

The Training & Development Analyst supports end users by developing training materials, assisting in technology development, and documenting workflows to enhance technical systems usage.
