Lead and manage Melt Department operations: ensure safety and regulatory compliance, meet production and quality targets, drive continuous improvement and OEE, oversee training and staffing, manage ERP/route updates, and coach supervisors to achieve manufacturing objectives.

The Process Engineer ensures process improvement and product development in manufacturing, focusing on metallurgical expertise and technology transfer. Responsibilities include research, documenting processes, generating reports, and providing technical support to various teams, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The Machinist II operates large lathes and grinding equipment for precision machining of propulsion shafts and hydraulic rods, ensuring quality standards through inspections and maintenance.

The Electrical Engineer supports design, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in manufacturing, ensuring safe and efficient operations while managing projects and improving system reliability.
