Provides metallurgical and process engineering expertise for manufacturing improvements and new product development. Conducts applied research, transfers technology to production, develops operating procedures, supports capital equipment requests, and ensures safety and quality-system compliance. Collaborates with manufacturing, production, sales, quality teams, customers, and vendors while documenting process activities and technical results.

Oversees daily manufacturing workflow, production scheduling, staffing, equipment operation, quality, safety, and process improvement. Supervises hourly union employees, including coaching, training, performance evaluation, timekeeping, corrective action, and conflict resolution. Investigates production, safety, quality, and equipment issues, identifies root causes, and recommends improvements. Maintains compliance with operating procedures, collective bargaining agreements, safety requirements, and organizational standards while compiling production reports and managing departmental resources.

Drive commercial growth across the Americas for industrial water technologies by building pipeline, winning new business, supporting strategic accounts, collaborating cross-functionally, and managing CRM, forecasting, and regional go-to-market activities.
