Support development and execution of marketing campaigns, create social copy and collateral, manage social media, perform market research and basic SEO/website tasks, and prepare reports and presentations while collaborating with the marketing team.

Provide onsite IT support and maintenance for hardware, iOS and Windows devices, networking (Cisco/Meraki), remote support (AnyDesk), helpdesk processes, data security, documentation, and project implementation.

Provide onsite and remote IT support for the client's systems: troubleshoot iOS and Windows devices, maintain Cisco/Meraki networking equipment, perform preventive hardware/software maintenance, manage helpdesk processes and metrics, ensure data privacy, and document/implement IT projects.

Participate in orientation and training, shadow senior staff, and work on guided projects. Contribute to client projects under supervision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, join code reviews and meetings, document work, and apply learned skills to solve business problems.

Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues; triage and resolve tickets via phone/email/chat; document incidents; escalate to second-level teams; assist with account setup and system maintenance; ensure SLA compliance and follow up to confirm resolution.

Support end-to-end recruiting: source candidates, post jobs, screen resumes, coordinate and conduct interviews, monitor pre-employment checks, onboard new hires, and provide candidate feedback.

Provide onsite IT support in Bulacan: maintain and troubleshoot iOS devices, Windows systems, networking (LAN/WAN, Cisco/Meraki), printers, and remote support (AnyDesk); ensure data security, develop helpdesk processes, monitor metrics, document projects, and perform preventive maintenance and field support as needed.
