Route and qualify inbound leads, answer calls and warm-transfer prospects, maintain and audit CRM data, distribute leads based on performance/availability, clean and pull CRM lists, and support reporting and routing rules to keep the sales team focused on selling.

As a Senior Copywriter, you will create and edit messaging for Kurv across various channels, ensuring it resonates with merchants and partners while aligning with the brand voice.

Maintain and secure on-prem VMware and growing AWS infrastructure. Administer Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, networking, backups, monitoring (Nagios/Splunk), firewall/switch changes, endpoint security, incident response, and support PCI DSS/SOC 2 compliance while aiding cloud migrations and keeping documentation current.
