Leads a team supporting merchants with POS systems, software, payment terminals, gateway accounts, installations, troubleshooting, repairs, training, and technical issue resolution. Provides phone and email support, remote deployments, pre-sales assistance, documentation, and problem analysis. Maintains vendor relationships, supports key accounts, participates in ongoing training, and cross-trains team members. The position requires occasional on-call availability and is performed in person in Cleveland, Ohio.

Monitors merchant compliance with card network rules, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Manages Visa and Mastercard violation responses, remediation plans, representment strategies, KYC/KYB reviews, MATCH alerts, website investigations, audit support, documentation, and policy updates. Requires payments compliance experience, knowledge of card brand programs, PCI DSS, AML/BSA, OFAC, and strong analytical and investigative skills.

The Sales Account Executive will manage sales processes, build client relationships, and sell various solutions, aiming to achieve high sales and bonuses.
