Ensure merchant and payment processing compliance with card network rules and regulations. Manage card brand violations (Visa VIRP, Mastercard BRAM), draft remediation and representment plans, perform KYC/KYB reviews, investigate alerts, maintain documentation for audits, and support policy updates.

Generate outbound calls to merchants in assigned territory, qualify prospects, and schedule 8-10 qualified appointments weekly for outside Direct Sales. Log activity in CRM/Paycom, coordinate with sales reps, follow up on no-shows, meet call and appointment KPIs, and comply with telemarketing regulations.

As a Senior Copywriter, you will create and edit messaging for Kurv across various channels, ensuring it resonates with merchants and partners while aligning with the brand voice.
