Build and ship agent orchestration workflows, integrations, and shared infrastructure for AI-driven growth across paid media, lifecycle, organic content, CRO, incentives, and referrals. Implement monitoring, audit logging, creative generation pipelines, and reliable integrations so domain experts can tune and operate workflows independently.

Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to design and execute sourcing strategies, build and maintain candidate pipelines across technical and non-technical roles, conduct boolean/X-ray and social media searches, gather market intelligence, and collaborate with the sourcing team to improve hiring infrastructure and brand presence in fintech/crypto.

Build automation for alert screening, case narratives, regulatory summaries, EDD reporting, analytics, and audit documentation. Own governance, risk classification, data privacy, audit logging, human oversight, and regulatory controls. Train compliance teams, create reusable runbooks, drive adoption, and measure automation impact across global financial crime and compliance operations.

The Software Engineer will design and maintain payment processing systems, mentor other engineers, and ensure security in client transactions within the crypto ecosystem.

Prioritize competing stakeholder needs, define product requirements, improve CRM adoption and data quality, and coordinate Salesforce integrations and workflows across teams. Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and leadership to address systemic product, process, integration, and data challenges. The role requires strong Salesforce Sales Cloud fluency, B2B sales process knowledge, analytical judgment, and the ability to translate ambiguous requests into scalable solutions.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO office in a Co-CEO model: manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel (commercial and private aviation), prepare briefing materials, oversee budgets/expenses, track projects and events, and liaise with stakeholders to streamline executive operations.
