Coordinate product operations for Krak’s consumer banking and payments products. Manage compliance, legal, fraud, risk, vendor, and client-engagement dependencies; maintain trackers; support feature launches and incident response; analyze fraud, dispute, customer-experience, authorization, and decline metrics; manage vendor performance reviews; and provide market, regulatory, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.

Coordinates product operations for Krak’s consumer payments and banking products. Manages compliance, legal, fraud, risk, vendor, and launch dependencies; maintains operational trackers; supports incident response; interprets fraud, dispute, customer experience, and authorization metrics; and provides market, regulatory, and vendor intelligence to guide product decisions and roadmap planning.

Own the technical direction, architecture, and service contracts for KYC/KYB verification systems. Design resilient vendor integrations, fail-closed behavior, audit trails, and secure distributed services. Drive architecture decisions, eliminate recurring failures, mentor engineers, and improve verification speed, automation, accuracy, and availability. The role requires hands-on development primarily in Rust, with work across TypeScript and React, plus infrastructure and platform technologies.

Translate complex frameworks into practical advice for business stakeholders while independently managing broad BAU regulatory matters. The role requires a UK-qualified lawyer with substantial financial services regulatory experience, including cryptoasset, payments, and regulator engagement expertise.

Partner with CEOs, executives, and the Board as a trusted advisor; manage confidential searches, executive closing and negotiations, compensation alignment, and retained search-firm relationships. Define scalable executive recruiting services across multiple entities while operating effectively in a globally distributed, ambiguous environment.

Build and maintain high-quality React Native mobile applications for Krak. Own feature delivery from technical design through release and iteration, create performant and maintainable UI components, write tested code, participate in reviews and design discussions, and collaborate with product, design, frontend, and Rust backend engineers. Contribute to shared components, tooling, code quality, and reliable consumer financial experiences.

Lead a cross-functional team of frontend and backend engineers building scalable consumer experiences across mobile and client platforms. Own end-to-end UX delivery, partner with Product and Design, uphold engineering standards, improve usability and performance, mentor engineers, and strengthen agile delivery using metrics such as DORA and cycle time.

Design and implement reliable, high-performance Rust services and libraries powering trading, payments, and crypto products. Build scalable distributed systems, network services, and asynchronous applications for revenue-critical, low-latency environments. Debug issues across the operating system, network, and application layers; collaborate with product teams; own systems end to end; and mentor engineers while contributing to technical culture.
