Provide fast, white-glove voice support to high-value Kraken clients, owning complex issues through resolution. Educate clients on products, identify opportunities for relevant product adoption, maintain quality, security, regulatory, and performance standards, and surface client insights to improve products and workflows. The role requires strong crypto and trading knowledge, excellent communication, de-escalation skills, comfort with AI and evolving technology, and flexibility for evening and weekend schedules.

Architect and deploy AI-powered compliance solutions using agentic workflows, Python, Claude, n8n, and MCP. Build automation for alert screening, case narratives, regulatory summaries, EDD reporting, analytics, and audit documentation. Own governance, risk classification, data privacy, audit logging, human oversight, and regulatory controls. Train compliance teams, create reusable runbooks, drive adoption, and measure automation impact across global financial crime and compliance operations.

The Software Engineer will design and maintain payment processing systems, mentor other engineers, and ensure security in client transactions within the crypto ecosystem.
