Teams at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange

Provide frontline trading support across Kraken platforms (spot, margin, futures, desktop), resolve trading and crypto DW issues, assist QA/training, calculate fees/margin/P&L for clients, and collaborate with product, compliance, and engineering teams.

Own the technical direction, architecture, and service contracts for KYC/KYB verification systems. Design resilient vendor integrations, fail-closed behavior, audit trails, and secure distributed services. Drive architecture decisions, eliminate recurring failures, mentor engineers, and improve verification speed, automation, accuracy, and availability. The role requires hands-on development primarily in Rust, with work across TypeScript and React, plus infrastructure and platform technologies.

Lead business operations for Kraken Pro by establishing operating rhythms, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, tracking KPIs, supporting executive decisions, managing reporting and roadmaps, triaging inbound requests, and improving operational efficiency. The role partners with product, engineering, compliance, legal, finance, and marketing teams to launch initiatives across trading and infrastructure products and enhance the product experience.
