Manage accounting outsourcing engagements: maintain ERP accounting records, prepare statutory financial statements under Ukrainian GAAP, handle tax reporting (VAT, corporate tax, repatriation), advise on tax and accounting methodology, coordinate client deliverables, and mentor junior accountants.

Provide financial due diligence and transaction support for local and international M&A deals: collect and analyze financial data, report findings, plan engagements, supervise and coach junior staff, and liaise with clients and target companies.

Conduct research and analysis of Ukrainian tax legislation and accounting standards; prepare tax advice, reports and accounting policies; participate in client meetings; draft proposals and contracts; support senior staff in market development and client deliverables.

Provide DevSecOps and infrastructure advisory: design hybrid cloud architectures, implement DevSecOps/IaC practices, automate deployments, enhance monitoring and incident management, plan DR/RTO/RPO, optimize cost/performance, and integrate AI-driven tooling for automation and observability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Perform audit procedures for Ukrainian and international clients, prepare high-quality audit documentation and deliverables, mentor junior staff, and build strong client and colleague relationships under tight deadlines.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for experienced hires: source and pre-screen candidates, coordinate interviews, perform reference checks, extend offers, manage onboarding and welcome training, and ensure timely, cost-effective hiring.

Support transfer pricing engagements with analytical work: analyze legislation, gather information, perform benchmarking studies, and prepare reports. Gradually assume greater responsibility on client projects as experience grows.

Perform banking operations, process expense reports, calculate payroll, manage settlements with customers and suppliers, and handle VAT compliance. Maintain accounting records per legislation, support tax-related tasks, collaborate with the team, and use Excel and Word.

Lead SAP-based accounting outsourcing engagements: maintain end-to-end accounting in SAP (FI core; MM/SD/CO as needed), perform period-end close, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, prepare statutory financial statements and tax reports (VAT, corporate income tax, withholding/repatriation tax), advise on Ukrainian Tax Code and accounting methodology, coordinate client deliverables, and mentor/train junior accountants.

Conduct legal research and draft legal opinions, contracts and due diligence reports for real estate, infrastructure and land matters. Support client communications, meetings and regulatory interactions; assist in pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, risk assessments, and project preparation. Participate in marketing activities and report to a manager.

Perform business and intangible-asset valuations, build financial models, analyze historical results and projections, conduct industry research, prepare valuation reports, and liaise with client management and target company personnel.

Support consulting teams on research, data analysis, hypothesis testing, and preparing client deliverables (presentations, reports). Create visuals and contribute to recommendations across industries.

Support the Quality Risk Management team by executing and documenting risk management procedures per KPMG methodology, advising engagement teams on risk and audit independence, and coordinating with international teams.

Lead and execute corporate communications and marcom strategy; coordinate content, digital and design teams; manage media relations; localize global initiatives; produce and edit English and Ukrainian materials; act as Editor-in-Chief for corporate media; draft speeches and talking points; run targeted campaigns and PR projects; collaborate with SMM and events to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with business goals.

Support financial risk advisory teams by building and validating PD/LGD, credit scoring, stress-testing and market risk models in Excel/R/Python; validate pricing methodologies and value complex financial instruments; perform quantitative analysis and model validation; collaborate with clients and team members.
