Provide executive support to a Partner: manage schedules, prepare meeting materials, document and track action items, coordinate and monitor project tasks across cross-functional teams, handle business correspondence and contract/document reviews in Ukrainian and English, and support internal/external communications.

Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements for local and international M&A, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, plan and manage engagements, communicate with clients and targets, prepare and review reports, support business development and proposals, oversee engagement contracts and risk management, and coach junior staff.

Lead outsourced payroll engagements end-to-end, managing payroll calculations, payments, taxes and statutory reporting. Coordinate management and tax accounting, prepare management and tax reports, review financial statements, advise on payroll/accounting/tax matters, interact with regulators, and coach junior team members.
