You are going to deal with:
- ensuring quality, cost effective and timely recruitment of experienced hires;
- direct search and pre-screening of CVs, reference checking;
- candidates' assessment and selection, coordination of interviews with hiring managers;
- making job offers to the selected candidates, coordinating the hiring process;
- delivering welcome training to new joiners.
What you'll contribute?
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment;
- excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills;
- analytical and goal oriented personality;
- able to work independently and in team.
