Set product vision and prioritized roadmap, drive commercial and operational outcomes, hire and develop senior leaders, ensure engineering delivery and reliability, scale into new markets, and embed experimentation and data-informed decision-making.

Lead KoRo’s entire product and engineering organization end-to-end: set a unified product vision, prioritize a single roadmap across storefront, ERP, integrations, and data; drive commercial and operational KPIs; scale teams and delivery; and enable experimentation, market expansion, and data-driven decision-making.

Lead and execute company-wide AI strategy, coach team leads to meet AI goals, shape the AI stack, prototype solutions, report to C-level, and hire and grow an AI team to deliver measurable business value.
