Lead and own performance of social paid channels (primarily Meta), scale new-customer acquisition through creative-first testing and optimization, develop creative strategies and testing frameworks, create briefs and UGC concepts, analyze campaign data to find growth levers, and collaborate with analytics, CRM, influencer, product, and country teams.

Lead and execute company-wide AI strategy, coach team leads to meet AI goals, shape the AI stack, prototype solutions, report to C-level, and hire and grow an AI team to deliver measurable business value.
